I have an interpretation but whether or not it proves to be right, I have no idea.

It's definitely showing us how to do something ... but where to apply it is the question! If you are on the right path with this one, PM me with the mapping of the cross to IV checkbox.

I'm sorry to bother you when I have no information to offer, I've never done an armchair mystery before, and I'm basically just learning how to even think about approaching the puzzles, which part of the image is this in reference too. The cross??? From what I gathered an ankh is a type of cross with a circle..I believe represents the sun, is that it???

Hi Sarazzle, I am new to these hunts as well. Please never apologise for asking a question. I believe what Sharko is referring to is the IV and the gold square with an X in it on the left wing. I have to say for me it was the trickiest part of the puzzle so far. I would suggest you start with the number strings 1158 etc as they all work in a similar (not the same) way but they all use the alphabet around the edges in some fashion. Hope this helps.

I've been trying to look at that. here are my thoughts. OK so the numbers underneath 22212, I figured break up the number into smaller sequences 11-58-12-6-21 respectively. But then I realized 58 doesn't really match up with our alphabet, like it did elsewhere in the puzzle, so darn stumped, then I'm thinking could these numbers mean anything else like location points? So I'm still working that bit out, but I'm going to use your advice go back and look more closely at connections I could've missed using the alphabet around the scarab. Another thought, have you noticed that besides the dice in the bottom right corner(which I have no idea what they mean), but they all add up to 13!?

Apologies Sarazzle, led you astray here. That particular string uses different letters. You will find the dice have a similar function to other dice used. Hope this helps.

Who else is stuck on how to "Use the key" on the 5x5 grid? I am hoping there is a clue somewhere, I just can't find it xD.

How do you know that you use the key on the 5x5, and not somewhere else?

Two reasons, neither may be valid and they are the text saying "use the key to discover the treasure" on the 5x5 grid and the fact that the grid is the only thing left pretty much that I haven't used. Like I said neither may be valid just my assumption.
