Please may I submit the token is hidden at the shadow 21st of june 11:22 or 12:22 or 11:55 or 12:55 or 13:00 BST at: 1) Chatham Naval Memorial (behind the wall 1940) 2) at the golden eagle RAF in London (I must give another try)
good luck with your hunt✌️. It’s obvious your submission process isn’t my cup of tea.
This submission process is JUST AN OPTION to make a claim for the treasure.
I think that is important to remember....
There is an actual object hidden, and if a person truly believes in their solution (has solved the puzzle in its entirety and understands all clues), then a trip from the USA (or other country) to the UK to retrieve such the object could be worth it.
There wouldn't be any need to submit here, and publicly share a solution until object is retrieved, and treasure claimed, if this option of a claim is not preferred.
It was offered to those who might want to use it.... and I understand that. However, I would still prefer boots on the ground. Nothing is more exciting than discovering a hidden treasure! (imho)
I, for one, am very grateful to this site... I haven't been able to access the "official" forum for many months now and would have hated to give up many years of work just because I had no way of submitting solutions.
I know posting a solution publicly is not ideal but given the barrage of submissions Pete was/is getting on a weekly basis, I am not surprised he was forced to adopt this method.
And please don't misunderstand...I'm very honored Pete accepts submissions here..... it's awesome to have the author of a hunt visit the site...and know it is still a viable treasure to find...... I was just saying if someone doesn't like the public sharing..there is another way!
Please may I submit: at 5th of August (or 21st of June or 8th of May) it's hidden at 8 or 9 PM at the Shadow of: a) Lizard Point Lighthouse b) the Cross/weathervane on top of the time ball in Greenwich or Deal c) the London Long-Player (Embankment wall) one must go at low tide d) Big Ben e) the white pyramid in Porthcurno f) the 1940 RAF Memorial in Capel-le-ferne g) the Truman Chimney London that's it - I try to be keen, since one must bring in a lot of lateral thinking
Update: it must be in Cleary Garden London (shadow of St Nick ball/cross/ship) 7 or 8 PM at 9 PM the sun is gone, I think. oh, and there in an old roman wall...
