IMO, the only piece of information that I believe I have is that the lower number 1425 can be interpreted as is: 14 for N and 25 for Y. NY meaning New York. To my eye, the upper number, 612, looks to be written in a different script. So, I don't think we apply the same system to it. IMO, those little houses are some kind of code but Morse and other methods are not looking meaningful the way I'm applying them. That 1425 can decrypt to NY, and 612 to FL is interesting (though Florida is obviously not an Appalachian state). |

This, I believe, is the exact spot on Google Maps for those curious like me. Zoom out with scroll wheel to see more of the area and leave Street View to see the map.
