the six questions got me looking at NOLA again. green box upleft looks like vertical sign in street scene. EZS. orange box botright looks like S U , with U looking very much like a horseshoe. red box leftcenter looks like marker with a large B on it. looks like a 5 or S in face box to left of IX. and the orb of course. #FTOFTC. location is cloaked by the figure in the clock face. onward.   |

I read the hidden lower right characters as ST. If you continue your U heading north you see the cross of the T.
I posted this before but the floating boy may be Peter Pan/french waiter! St. + Peter goes well with the Jackson Square/St. Peter Street. French waiter goes with Cafe Du Monde and the floating weathervane on the cupola. Cupola is neck-pole in French and wooden neck-pole of the mask.
