I know that it is possible to solve this by only reading the poem as written under the video. BUT, since we have the video, can it provide any additional information to make it a bit easier?
I decided to find out and took a closer look and this is what I found:
Lukas reads stanza 1 and 2 without any major body movements. However, between stanza 2 and 3 (0:37) he adjusts his position ever so slightly. This I take as an indirect hint to that this is where the real riddle begins... The same thing happens between stanza 5 and 6 (1:05) where he also looks up a bit. This I interpret as an indirect indication of another break. It also agrees with the text as stanza 6 starts talking about key #2. The next suspicious break happens between stanza 7 and 8 (1:24) where he looks up again.
This all seem to be in full agreement with what many of us think: that the focus should be on stanzas 3-5 for the first key and stanzas 6-7 for the second key. What do you think? Do you see anything else in the video that reveals something?

One thing I noticed..I know the books on the top shelf have been discussed before. He is reading from one of them. There are ten books to the left of the gap left by the one he is holding and four to the right. I wondered if that hints that key 1 is ten characters or digits and key 2 is four.

But regarding the 10-character theory, I am starting to doubt it more and more. When you get an url you don't pay per character so I see no reason to keep it short and it feels short as we have three pieces to combine. But I am still leaving that door open.... Never say never...

Regarding Lukas's movement during the video, he seems to un-hide yet another volume of the book he is reading from with his head, why would it be in that position of his bookshelf, must be something with those tomes.
Someone said earlier about the Chemical books, I notice that one is Perry's Chemical Engineers Handbook 8th Edition, and another is Felder's Elementary Principles of Chemical Processes, probably don't need to know this, but hey.
In his clue video FAQ he pans around so we can see the poster of the band he is a member of 'The Founding' and the song Form, his eyes seem to look in the poster direction too, could be just a band promo.

Just wanted to resurrect this thread to say it seems to appear Lukas really may be hiding some clues in his videos. I think most have deduced that key 2 deals with a shipwreck. In the very first video, where the riddle is read, there's a ship sitting on the bookshelf behind Lukas. Then, in his newest video for the April clues, the same ship is again sitting behind him in the video in the left corner. It could just be a coincidence, but Lukas has said before that he won't comment on whether or not there are clues in the initial video. I wonder what other hints could be hiding in the videos?

Also in the mini hunt i see something that might be relative in the column next to the solution going down and there is a connection to top shelf in original video.if im half right the #s we need are a play on words ...like c6 ...but i think thats only half the answer.

Indeed the watery tragedy may involve a shipwreck. But it may also refer to James Kim drowning in a tributary of the Rogue River.

Just read that story. Very sad. But what I read said he died of hypothermia, not drowning.

This might not be the right place to post this, but I didn't really see it discussed anywhere else. What about the video quality of the first video, the one with the riddle? At least on my computer it gets fuzzy, sometimes the wall behind his left shoulder seems to be a shimmery gold pattern and other times it just looks like a wall. There are little black and white dots and squiggly lines (possibly letters?) that appear for a millisecond then disappear. None of his hint videos have these issues, and you'd think he'd make the main video the best possible quality. I think these are hints, but I can't figure out what they mean. Why else would it be that way?

I personally think he just didn't figure out the quality issue until later. That was the first video he made. There is question posted in the comments of the video, "if someone emailed me your poem and I never saw this video, could I still solve it and find the treasure?" and his answer was "yes."

This video is clearly different from all others ...and the more mini hunts and hint vids that come along the more obvious its become. The poem definitely steers but we've needed all kinds of things outside of it...i.e. twitter, book, phonecall, googlemaps. He definitely put significant effort into that 1.not just the purposely added pixelation but there is alot going on in the background as compared to every other video.

I think the book lying down means 1 letter and 11 numbers or vice versa.
also, I think the wooden square represents the Playfair cipher
