I think we are all on the same page. Finding the webpage is key. Just consider this, even when someone here proposed the solution WINDSOR for the mini-hunt, we were still not convinced it was it and sort of gave up on that idea.... Thus, do not expect an eureka moment if you figure out any of the two keys. So to first find the webpage seems logical as we know for sure that key 1 is NOT an URL. It could well be a phone number though. But I really hope that is not the case (not a good idea with calling phone numbers considering this is not a US only hunt). We will probably find out thru a hint in the next few months. Time will tell.

My strategy is different. He never intended to give a hint, and he's said that the location is alluded to in the riddle. So what about the riddle would point us to X without his hint? That to me is the main question.

Those are his own words: "Bonus hint". He just made it clear that it was not a solution of any sort, just a clarification to something that perhaps is too vague... Thus, x.com or anything along those lines does not match that statement. He is just telling us to take a second look at something.
