Not sure I understand; are you saying that the stanzas reveal a username/password to log into YouTube? That would be a big No-No for a hunt of this type if you ask me...

Maybe I'm wrong but couldn't Lukas create a YouTube account just for this hunt and they keys open it to reveal a clue?

I am not saying you are right or wrong. Sure, Lukas could have done just that. HOWEVER, keep in mind that during hunts like this it is not uncommon that users try things as one or more pieces are missing in their "keys" as the stanzas could be interpreted in many ways. Bowling? Michigan? Florida Keys? Turkmenistan? 1000-dollar bills? Our ideas are all over the place so far... My advice: Never log into anything (or even try to) that does not tell you explicitly it is for this hunt! A random YouTube account is off-limits for this reason.

I don't agree with mrpoirot. I don't think a YouTube sign in is off-limits at all. It has always seemed to me that a phone number and password were involved. Lukas' hint #1 to me made it clear that key 1 is a phone number. "You don't HAVE to call a number," meaning there is a number and you COULD call it if you wanted to.
But I don't quite understand what you're saying. How do you get to a sign in page? When I try to sign in to any YouTube account, it asks me for a google account first. What do you click on to be prompted for a phone number?

Although on the other hand, one of the questions asked in the YouTube comments was, "if someone emailed me the riddle and I never saw the video, could I still solve it?" and his answer was yes. So if the answer involved his YouTube account, I don't see how his answer could be yes to that question.

I also worked on different ideas for the line- 'real treasure lies in friends', as in the word 'friends', which could hint to END (it lies in friENDs).... the last stanza is 10 or X... could be other 'Ends' too.... |

Anyone looking for yet another rabbit hole? Here is one... In this stanza we have the line:
"Let greed not come between you"
I am not a wiz when it comes to grammar (position of not after rather than before greed) but I think it is correct as is. But a quick googling shows that the form "Let not greed come..." might be more in line with modern texts (=indexed online). What is the difference? Well, to me the "not come" sounds a lot like "dot com"... Is there a hidden message hiding in plain sight???

I dont know about about the USA but certainly in Irleand and probably in the UK but Let greed not come between you would be the way most people would say that sentence. even if your idea did have legs Greed.com gives a parked domain. If your idea worked it would be as simple as that. I thinks it getting to the point where we will grasp at any idea at all, this hunt is becoming unbelievably frustrating. But at least you are trying new ideas, we badly need a breakthrough. Keep at it though mrpoirot, there's very few sharing their ideas at the moment, and we desperately need new ideas |

I recently read this thread. This seems to be the stanza for the chest. "hidden there" and "come = .com" looks valid. Art3mis the goddess of the hunt .. art3mis.com/ - strange site hunt.com error. but I don't think it's as simple as that  And before anybody tries: The anagrams of "friends" won't work either. finders, firends, redfins, refind, ... finder -.., |

art3mis.com is a website at Go Daddy that doesn't have any content other than "art3mis.com". While it could be part of our hunt, it's an extreme long shot.

what are people's thoughts on this stanza? does anyone think it related to key 2?
the only thing that led me to the chest was the line 'real treasure lies in friends', that leaves 3 lines meaning nothing, I don't think so.
also, do you think we are looking for 1, 2, or 3 different combos for key 2 from stanza 8?

I'm conflicted about the stanza. I have a feeling its only purpose is to hint to the chest location (which is already known at this point).
Especially since you only need the 2 keys in order to complete the hunt and the stanza doesn't seem to have much to do with finding the key (but I could be wrong of course).
I think we're very close to solving it.

I was just going to post here.
I have a theory that stanza 8 is the number portion of key 2. Or this is my hope because I got a possible letter portion from stanza 9 this morning.
Even if I'm way off base I think there is more to 9 than paypal.
Also, i literally dreamed about arranging letters all night last night.
