At anytime, anyone, can become the lead searcher- and bring home the chest. Until then, I think we are all just in the Chase. You’re exactly right Jenny, but someone looking in the right area has a better chance of someone in the wrong state.

I have started noticing that the years typically don't match and are a year off related to this search. Why did you use 1418 or 1419? I don’t know who coined the term “lead searcher” or “lead hunter?” I don’t think it’s universal and only saw that term when logged on to this blog The term is universal through out the searcher community, how ever it is highly refuted, and often times a joke, as most serious searchers know you cannot lead if no one is following you. The term in itself would imply someone has an exact map of the TC location and only need to search the specific area to locate the TC. That being said, then we are likened to believe that we are each a lead searcher in our own search's, for we follow our own trails which we believe to be the correct trail.
