Hopefully there will be no "Muggles" trying to get on the roof.
I'm borrowing the word Muggles from the Geo-caching world who of course borrowed it from Harry Potter.
My use of it here pertains to people who would not spend the time studying the clues, warnings, postings etc. but would wander out there and just try to find it.

I agree. People hear Project Enlightenment and go there and go crazy! I think the May hint, "If looking for a rock to skip a step or two you'd be better off not testing your resolve." I was told not to make the trip unless I had pin-pointed the hide spot, which obviously I haven't. Still working on 9.5/3468 and deciphering the 'poem'.

Hi, I just began reading some of the discussion here and thought I’d chime in. BTW, nice job finding those streets (BOY, CAB, FLOW, LEN) and the pentagon in the nearby park. If you read the bottom line of the May clue as an acronym you get a type of tool plus an indication where not to look, however I don’t understand how the “tool” portion fits in. The “jeux” statement is part of a reversed acronym, but the word that is revealed could be either a noun or verb. IMHO,if a verb then the 9.5/?/3468 could be a vector as in "go 3468 feet @ 9.5 degrees" from some point (maybe the compass image located on a "stained" corner of the scroll?). If a noun then "Project Enlightenment Park" would fit. What do you think? engr101, I don't know if you got your question answered about "don't understand how the "tool" portion fits in.", but here is what I think, for what it's worth. It it says "screw driver not part of discerning intended xylems". I think he means that you don't have to unscrew any signs or plaques off of the trees to find the coin.

Finally got to the area this weekend. Stayed at my in-laws in nearby Garner. Spent about 8 hours in total in the park on 4 seperate trips. Here is what I learned.
1)No one will stumble on this and find it. Kpro was right when she said there is a lot of nooks and crannies etc. 2) There are no plum trees in this area. There are trees that are called crepe myrtles (got this info from my father in law who lives here), that can resemble plum trees a little, but there is not one plum tree in the whole park. 3) Tried to find those numbers 3468 and 9.5. I looked at every sign post, manhole cover, etc. and could not find them anywhere. 4) Could not find anything resembling the three circles from the parchment. 5) The rock in the clue and the rock looking thing on the parchment. There are retaining walls and lots of rocks that could resemble these, however, I don't believe anyone is going to stumble over a closely looking rock and find the answer. I believe the answer is either in the numbers or the 3 circles. 6) There was no one else looking the whole time I was there. I'm sure it's died down a bit. I was hoping to run into one of the people from this forum, but oh well. I now have my father in law indoctrinated in the hunt, so if I have any great revelations i can have him go look. (I live more than a 4 hour drive away).
Got to spend some time out their with my kids and father in law and the weather was good. Even though I came up empty, it was still an adventure.

Thank you for the update. It sounds like so much fun, getting to actually look around. I'm surprised that there weren't any other searchers there. Do you think maybe it was found and we don't know yet?

I absolutely dont think its been found. The originators emails show that they keep a close eye on it. And if people like us that have studied this a lot cant find it, no one is going to get lucky. At least 1 more clue must be solved. Im working on the numbers and the 3 holes.

I thought the three holes might be in relation to two spots inside the playground. Very cool updates, I have some thoughts but off to the pool with the kids so will post later.

Oh so many updates, here are a couple of thoughts :
I think there is a screw driver and it means not at Dorothea dix park. You may need to drive somewhere or make a turn.
I think plum may mean plumbing (did you notice one of the stick figures didn't fit and is actually floW - should not have a W. or may mean west.
I thought the one side of trees looked like plum trees but with the new clue, I was first thinking plum era, but also would be a plum graphing calculator .... yes, I can't get away from my stats thoughts, darn it... probably confirmation bias.
The pending issues I have not solved solidly:
The backwards C
Revealed by tricks?
The 9.5 3468 (this one is big)
One of eight or nine, even bigger 1 or 2. Trees maybe?
I am curious on how the originator knows so definitely about it being there. I would worry someone follows and it is given away. It is nice to have those updates though.
Diamond not so rough
OXO
I think the pictures may be
West walk - the three horseman Urn - turn Car with point - on cab
Not sure the rest.
I think there is a stake or a starting point. I think I have figured a starting point out. But not sure where to go with that.

You have to move the stick men in the delayered version. Note, no other pictures have anything behind them. (Though the cab and rock were pieced together.) Also note I am not a techy person so could be an unintended part of the delaying process. I zoomed in, I don't want to give away much to respect the originator against those who have not purchased the scroll.

And the coin and the eagle has layers.
And the treasure awaits.
Sorry, missed those and wanted to be clear.

I sure hope that wasn't part of it.

I would think delayering is important. You can't really see the pictures in the upper right, can't really see the stains of the building in treasure awaits and those seem important. I think it is important but no idea how! Lol!
