Since minotaur mentioned finding the OREO, thought I would post this
Take the book title and break it
break FAST TEA & BOURBON
FAST TEA & BOURBON
Now, perform the SKIP 2, starting with the A
ATE & ORO (“oro” means “gold”) …. the boulder it freely eats
Reading it sort of backwards
AT OREO
Minotaur, I think I already mentioned that re: the OREO (which Forrest also specifically mentioned some years ago) to use the DESIREE technique, but start with the last letter on the first line, and work your way in. You will run into OREO before you hit the middle line.

Pretty good. The only thing I've gotten from Oreo so far is a reference to the movie Wreck-it Ralph. The Oreo guards chant the same "O-re-o" as a parody to the Wizard of Oz, just like they do in BT&B.
Not sure what the clue would be in Wreck-it Ralph, but I would probably get it if it were true, as my kids have watched it 100+ times over the years.

OREO could be a clue for the starting city. OREO was first developed in Manhattan, and a portion of Ninth Ave. is called OREO Way.
