What is everyone making of the 1-die & 1-die eyes 1 puzzle? I have a solve but feeling like it's not correct or there's more, possibly another use.
Here's my solve: The 5x5 grid says "THANK ACES" ... thank is in the second rows and aces in the middle column. Two 1's on dice is know as either SNAKE EYES or ACES. So if we thank the aces and insert that into the puzzle, we have THANK EYES ONE, which is an anagram for THEY ONE SNAKE. This could be our clue that we need to traverse the key and or the puzzle-solve in snake fashion.
Anyone else have a different solve for this? Or an opinion on my solve?

Hi Sharko, a clever theory. The only thing I would question is that the die alone are called "snake eyes" so you would still need to account for the pair of eyes somehow.

I was thinking it could possibly be simply 1+1=2, and eyes see, and then one...as in "too see one", to see one of something, but probably just wishful thinking.

Interesting perspective, Sarazzle. Two Eyes One? Two I's won? II = 2 eyes = the || symbol in the wings?
