That is fascinating. I had heard of Oak Island before, but finding that sword, vand confirming the shipwreck is truly Roman would be an amazing thing!

As an archaeologist, this intrigued me enough to go look at the "evidence" for Romans in the New World before Columbus. I immediately discounted the coins, sword, boss, etc., since those could all have been simply dropped or placed in Nova Scotia by anyone at any time -- including the day before they were found. Even if authenticated as Roman, it does not preclude their having been brought over to Nova Scotia by someone from Europe at some point in the past. The only thing that I thought might be remotely used as a kind of "proof" (beyond in situ dating from soils or objects found in conjunction with any of the aforementioned objects -- which apparently was not done) was the Mi’kmaq petroglyphs. However, after tracking down images of the so-called "Roman soldiers carrying swords", I have to say I am distinctly underwhelmed. If those scratchings -- which look more like people carrying spears to me (ANY people, including Mi"kmaqs) -- are all the evidence they can point to, this is a very shaky hypothesis, to say the least. I still have seen nothing concerning the shipwreck that someone claimed was Roman. Anyone have a link to more info (and photos) of that?

Forty feet below two million pounds are buried GeneticBlend this is the most popular held translation ,but it is also incorrect . What I quoted DOES work when you apply a simple substitution method. It seems to be the most straight forward answer. I have also read that there are theories that the carvings on the stone may be related to some triangle shapes on the island. But I think those thoughts are a bit far-fetched, as they don't account for all of the symbols on the stone. Plus, the "message" is written line-by-line, as if it were code for a sentence. If the triangle theory were correct, why not just make a map? The line-by-line format doesn't seem fitting for the triangle theory. Since you seem to know what the carvings "say", why don't you share that with us? I would love to hear your opinion.

Why don't you contact the two brothers, and tell them that you have a different solve than what most other people feel is the most logical one? Perhaps they will have you on their show. They have had other guests on their show who have offered up different pieces of evidence.
You may even get paid for your appearance. You might be able to pay someone to write your book!
