Lines 11, 12, 13 and 14:
"Look low
Where light never goes
And pluck your prize
From earthly tendrils."
These are the final lines of the poem. The author indicated that the prize, an opal ring, was not buried, so there would be no digging. I'm guessing it is hidden among some roots.

The line 'where light never goes' could be a 'dark corner' or always in a 'shadow' of something.....
