Edit: Recruitment is over, thank you very much. Hello, my name is Renard Miroir. I've been working on this search for years.
I'm looking for help. I'm out of money and also faced with a possible hike that I can't make.
I'm looking for an experienced hiker family of at least 3 adults, and would prefer more because of bear activity. Bears are hunting calves this time of year and on the move.
This search is in Wyoming.
There is no danger of landslides or high water.
There is a possibility of having to walk less than 8 miles all told, there and back. But it's also possible that you can drive in through rocky terrain and be very near the blaze.
I was there last year, able to drive in. I was able to walk very close to the blaze.
I saw it, I took a picture of it, but I wasn't sure.
I blew up the picture and saw some very interesting things, including what looked like a square corner that could be that of a lid, concealed within.
I was going to leave half the treasure at that time, for others, but there were a couple of people near enough to see me, so I didn't stop to check it out. I didn't want to draw attention to it. I wanted to go back but was unable.
Over the winter, I realized that this was the blaze. After Forrest Fenn's "gut feeling" comment, which I firmly believe was because of my e-mails to him, I found proof and figured out how this was the Blaze. There may be a mechanical element to getting to the treasure, simple but ingenious, but it's impossible to tell without looking it over closely. I will explain to the family group that I choose for help.
I know everyone says that they have a great solve, but I've never seen any like mine. I could divide it in half and tell it 2 ways, and you would be convinced with either telling.
I will tell my basic solution to this quest to this family, and expect a united effort for a split on this solve alone, or anything related to this solve. Your solve, if it's not directly related to mine, is yours and I'm not trying to get a share of yours.
I may be revealing a few things in posts in the coming days to help convince. I'll see what I can dig up.
I am offering 1/2 of the treasure to the family that joins me. Splitting each type of item (gold coins by size, nuggets, jewelry, items, etc.). I want the chest and the Fenn autobiography on top of the split. We may be able to sell the entire thing if someone makes an offer. We will decide together if such an offer is made, and do an equal split of the money.

with details of who you are (your forum names) and a general description of family members.
I will ask any who I am considering, more personal information (real names and the like). I'll tell who I am to the family I work this out with.
I'll also consider a group of other searchers, 2 well experienced or 3 otherwise. As long as I can check out at least 2 from forum posts.
I can't just accept anyone, with no way of judging their integrity.
