This log could be a log document because you effort will be worth the cold and your in the wood could be a court room if your in a court room you are in the wood.The log document could be the tittle to the gold that is being transferred over. This could be the meaning for turning a log over.This will only make sense if someone finds the TC in a NPS and you turn it in to the NPS Supervisor. You will have a fight on your hands if this is done this will bring up legal questions.

I believe ff has said the touch of the gold is cold
So some of the searchers thinks ff is replying to the TC your effort will be worth the cold in touching the TC.
I can see this if the TC was steal in his house in the vault because of the AC.So the TC would have a cold touch.
But if it's in the mountains in the summer time the TC won't have a cold touch it will be at list the temperature of the day or a little less.
Temperature. If it stays wet the then this ain't going make it cold either.
