Never ever ridden a donkey! I use to have a horse, a beautiful Tennessee Walker, 16 hands tall. That was many moons ago. Had to part with it when I went to college. I never saddled my horse, always rode bareback which was not a problem for me but it was for my friends who wanted to ride alone. My horse was very strong-headed and I would tell my friends to keep a tight rein otherwise it would take off running full speed back to barn. Do you know how many times I was left alone way out in the fields - it was a very long walk back to the stables. AND THAT IS THE TRUTH! Gosh you are pulling alot of memories out of my head. Yes my brother, had a big black TN walker and he would step it out. It was like riding up in a new Cadillac. Always wanted a Black horse - never a Cadillac. Gonna have a big black cadillac drive me out tho when the sun sets. Everyone needs to go out in style!

I would like to ask Forrest, "If a searcher has, beyond a doubt, solved the poem - would you like to know that immediately or rather wait until he retrieves the treasure?"

I would like to ask Forrest, "If a searcher has, beyond a doubt, solved the poem - would you like to know that immediately or rather wait until he retrieves the treasure?" He has already said searchers were close... and that he scans his emails for 'key' words. He is telling us he actively looks for the ones who may know the answers. I think, at 88 years old, he is sure to want to know it ASAP if he/she/they have solved it!

Hello Mr Fenn,
When I am in the general vicinity of the treasure chest, would a measuring tape be helpful to pinpoint the exact location of the chest?
Thank you,
Goldilocks

If he answers, they will be posted on MW for all to share in. Thanks jenny Mr "F"ri "E" "NN" d. Can one say to them self And know for sure they have a solve.. Is your poem designed to take one to all 4 stats. Or do we start in one state and end it in the same state.

Hey Fenn, I think I have the correct solve for home of Brown and how it relates to that special spot you'd like to rest your bones forever. The logic goes like this below. Can you tell me if I am on the correct path? : Brown trout = brook trout = Overbrook = final resting place

the most important question that he won't answer is whether or not the places that the nine clues refer to all reside within the four search states....but i wish he would....and I'd still challenge everyone to find a blaze better than my Alamo blaze that gives you something to look quickly down at.

I'd like to take u up on that CJ and tell u my blaze. But then I'd have to shoot u..... (as the saying goes of course)

I've already shared mine and will keep sharing all that I can until it's found. I still think that it will take a group to solve. the most important question that he won't answer is whether or not the places that the nine clues refer to all reside within the four search states....but i wish he would....and I'd still challenge everyone to find a blaze better than my Alamo blaze that gives you something to look quickly down at. Mr. Fenn:
Following is an Ebay link regarding the bidding of a... "Forrest Fenn Commemorative Treasure Chest" (# 72 - 100 - Limited Edition.) Upon viewing the description of the Chest, it appears that its weight is....."42lbs"...(?).... minus contents (?)..... with a shipping fee of $135.00.
The item has apparently been approved by you and includes TTOTC Poem inscribed on the bottom of the "Treasure Chest."
NOTE:
Bidding has just ended with a winning bid of $3,500.00 - (*18 bids.)
