Q)Is the entire puzzle to the Forgotten Word self-contained on page 211?
And all those other puzzles scattered throughout the book are not related to the Forgotten Word, correct?
A)All clues needed for the solution is on page 211. However, as the poem says, you will need to search through the pages of the book to make the final discovery.

So are you saying the pictures of the dice and the puzzle pieces with the series of numbers scattered through the book have no relation to the Forgotten word solve?

However, they might hint or lead to items throughout the book to help provide the final solve. I won't say which items or what things, as it is part of the puzzle.

Q) Your previous hunts had color codes. This is printed in black and white. Is color missing and needed?
A) I was aware the book would be printed in black and white, and so, no, color is not needed or missing in order to find a solution.

Jenny, I have some questions for you. I understand that you might not be able to answer them.
Q1: You said color is not needed, but does that include different shades of grey and white? For example, there might be triangles that are white, light grey, and dark grey.
Q2: There are different shapes of triangles. Is this important?
Q3: Jenny, how many sides do you think a circle has?
Q4: In regard to the numbers written on the shapes on page 211, they are all oriented in one direction. Do they all stay oriented in that direction? For example, if a 9 is written on a square, would there be a chance that it is really a 6?
Q5: Is the page number, 211, part of the puzzle?
Thanks!

Q1) Not saying they are, or are not, important, but when I said colors, I was talking about 'blue, green, etc.' not shades. Q2) no answer Q3) On page 202 I considered it 1. Q4) Yes, all numbers are to be read in current orientation (and don't change) Q5) No, page 211 has nothing to do with the puzzle Thanks for your Questions! Best of luck!

Gee, I thought a circle had two sides: inside and outside!

Thought I should post this Question about the Forrest Fenn coded words on the last page here...since the answer involves this puzzle:
Q) Where do you even start with those numbers?
A)You might want to look at the MW Treasure Hunt: The Forgotten Word in the book, worth $500 cash. Although not solved exactly the same, there are similar elements. I feel the person who solves the Forrest Fenn words, will solve the puzzle, or vice versa. NOT that either is linked in order to find a solution for one or the other, they are completely independent and stand on their own, but they use similar methods to come to a solution.

I have solved a lot of the fun cipher puzzles scattered through the book -- they are very clever :-) However, I have a question about the 4x4 letter grid on page 62. Is this a standalone puzzle, or is it part of a larger puzzle?

When you show a 6-pointed star, are you counting the sides, which would be 12 sides? Or the points, which are six?
In the graphic with the window, is the white circle with the "L" shape supposed to be a clock? And is that the same graphic behind the brain? (It is difficult to tell.)
Has anyone, to your knowledge, solved either "The Forgotten Word", or the "Special Words from Forrest Fenn" at this time?
Thanks!

Has anyone, to your knowledge, solved either "The Forgotten Word", or the "Special Words from Forrest Fenn" at this time? Thanks! I would be counting the points. So a six pointed star would relate to a six. It is a clock, and yes it is the same behind the brain graphic. No one has claimed the prize to the The Forgotten Word, so I assume no one has discovered The Forgotten Word, as that would be the end of the puzzle. And no one to my knowledge has fully solved the special words from Forrest Fenn. However, there are a few on the right path. Thanks for the questions.... and Always Treasure the Adventure!

I had the same question -- but then there are two ways of representing five (as a pentagon or a 5-pointed star)... Is there a difference between these two, or should they both be treated as relating to a five?

Is the placement of the shapes important? Or are they placed around the poem randomly?
