Going back tuesday. I narrowed it down to a few more spots. I think a read somewhere that Charles didn't put a contact paper inside the cache. I've searched and searched. It should be where we all think it is, downstream from a bridge beside the Creek.

I'm headed out sunday again to do some searching. I got high hopes for this trip. Really pin pointing a location. If I ever find the cache I'm not the only one who is going find it. I've had alot of help from the forums. You guys are great and if "I" find it we all will share the spoils.

Fall is finally in the air in VA, I plan on resuming my search for this one as well as the WVA cache soon.

Little back story on my journey with this:
I've been following this since around 2016, I was about 18 at the time. I discovered this cache somehow, and since I live in VA me and my brother made a day trip for a small search on an idea for a location. The trip turned out crazy, my tire popped in the middle of the mountains then my spare popped as well. We found a tiny truck mechanic who took us all the way to Walmart so we could get a tire. It cut hours off our trip, but we kept going anyways. We made it into the campground, and explored a few locations. We took some videos and had a great time overall, no cache this time of course.
Years later now 26, life happens and this came off my radar.
I come across my old files and rewatch the video of the original cache drop, out of no where the ideal location suddenly hit me. The funny thing is, the first video me and my brother recorded was feet away from the location I have in mind and didn't even realize it.
I took note of EVERYTHING people posted especially Charles because they said it could be a clue, I'm glad I did because it seems the original forums are now gone.
I plan on taking a weekend trip to the area in the next few weeks.
Whether the cache is still out there or not, I always love camping in the mountain's and getting a peace of mind. I plan on recording the whole thing just in case, going to bring a good camera and a drone for the locations I can fly.
I do wonder if the cache has been found, and the person maybe never contacted Charles.
