What got you to St Mary’s? The twin - Twin Cities The heavy Norse hints—MN has a lot of Scandinavian/Viking lore And when I notice the axe handle is the cherry stem at spoonbridge, and the disk was on St Mary’s, I focused more on the area. The shape in the window may be the spite of st Mary’s.

The disk looks very similar to the shields on the Viking ship of the Christensen Fountain, Cherokee Park, Louisville, Kentucky

Looking closer at the disk you'll notice that the 10 dots are all unique in shape and if you look even closer you'll notice the black shadows they cast. This to me indicates 10 three-dimensional objects that cast shadow. 10 statues on the water tower could be good candidates. tinyurl.com/y3kycw32tinyurl.com/yxteojo3
