In the video I see several prominent books, games, etc. featured. I would like to get a list started. In the stanza 6 category I mentioned a chemical symbol as being a possible part of a stanza 6 solve. I just noticed today there was a chemistry book on the shelf.
Could we work together on compiling a list of what's on their.

The only games that I can add to the list are the card games mentioned by Lukas in Jenny's interview: Poker and Euchre. Euchre is a very popular game in the Midwest, especially in Michigan - where Lukas is from. I have only learned it recently - I'm no expert.

being originally from Wisconsin and having lived in Michigan, I have played a lot of Euchre. I'll keep that in mind when looking at clues. I'm excited that we are getting some conversation going. This is what I enjoy the most.
I dont know about everyone else, but I have hit a wall. With a web address being ruled out for the first key, its now just random ideas and attempts with no real direction for me. So disappointed that this has turned into the usual almost unsolvable/dependent on a random thought or idea quest. At least with a web address you could relatively easily determine whether you were on the right track or not.
I have had a few ideas and put far too many hours into this since his last announcement with absolutely no idea whether I am on the right track or not. Its come to the point for me that if there is no breakthrough soon, I will have to reluctantly abandon this quest, its simply eating too much of my time and like most people I do have real world commitments.
Last night I went through every single YouTube Channel and Reddit site whose name was Black Flame or something similar. Then briefly playing any likely video or reading any possible page on Reddit. Hour and hours of work, with really no idea what I was looking for, just hoping to get lucky.
The day before I tried a telephone keypad solution, but the big problem here is that you cant translate a number 1 to a letter, and every likely solution I have found includes a number 1. More hours, more disappointment but that was not unexpected as I really was following a totally random idea with little faith that it would produce a result.
I have read and read those verses I dont know how many times to the point that I almost have the entire thing memorised.
Then with your newfound knowledge
You must travel through black flame
The place where alchemy’s best is found
Will help you win this game
that verse seems to be the only verse that could indicate a website on the internet.
Have you any idea of how many sites have black flame, alchemy, harry potter, or something else that could be related to the verse. Thousands, literally. I started going though them hoping to get lucky and find a few that had some sort of login (1st key username, 2nd key password), but had to give up after visiting about 50 of them. The time taken to do a thorough search of all those sites would be weeks and weeks of work and I dont have that time.
Just blowing a bit of steam here, hoping someone makes a breakthrough soon, but if the next clue doesnt give us something significant in the way of a direction to proceed then I honestly think I will be done with this particular hunt.
Personally I think Lukas has tried to be a bit to clever about the whole thing. I have no problem with a difficult puzzle, but just like a cryptic crossword there has to be some sort of understanding of what the solution is or could be. In a cryptic crossword you know the answer is a word, name or place, and exactly how many letters. There are pre-understood limits in all crosswords (number of letters, the word must be in the dictionary, a reasonable well known name or place) , and like every other kind of puzzle they work because these limits exist. Would you do a crossword if the author could make up new words that never existed before, of course not. This hunt appears to have no predefined or assumed limits and because of that I would consider it a failure on the author's part whether someone actually gets a solution or not. Its like a failed video game and there's been a lot of them, if there there is no score or sense of progress then although beautifully crafted people are never going to come back for more.

I would like to say that i completely understand how you feel but i would ask that you dont quit. I really feel that teamwork is gonna be in everyones best interests to gaining any intial info on this thing . Different people have different skillsets and different perspectives. I personally would love to hear about things you've tried that didnt seem to take you anywhere. As maybe it may trigger a idea .if its documented it could save alot of headaches for those that follow or might be a idea that pays off better in hindsight. It does appear to be back to the drawing board .i see it as a good thing .now we know we gotta take a little different approach. I too wish this hunt at least started with a little more direction as i feel it definitely would be getting more attention. That being said im game on.this is a great concept and obviously took a reasonable amount of effort to set up as well as to fund out of his pocket. The challenge has been issued. upto us to accecpt it or not but i sincerely hope youll stick around ive learned quite a bit from your post and the threads that follow. Anyway i always love brainstorming so anybody who is thinking anything id love to hear it. Lets scare the crickets outta here and get some dialog going.
Efanton, Don't give up! I fully agree with your take on this. As I have said before, my feeling is that it is not that easy to find the right difficulty level when creating hunts like this. Most creators fall into the trap and make it too hard. But as with the minihunt, Lukas seems to help out when help is needed which is great! So just stay put and I am sure things will take a turn for the better. Perhaps as early as today based on that other thread...
