"Face the truth" is a core element of the oracle. Still the treasure is not found. So I decided to give another puzzle piece away which I found several weeks ago.
What's the truth we are all looking for? The truth is like Socrates said (Socrates paradoxon): "I know that I know nothing". Philosophy is a part of the oracle. Let's see what the boys say on their journey: "the truth was he couldn’t work out how to operate the controls properly" "The truth is I haven’t got a clue" "I don't know" "I dunno" - that is very odd!
So actually I think this is the part where the lateral thinking comes in. "FACE" is another code. The reason why I'm thinking this is: The outcome of my math of the Jesus Poem is 5136 (EACF = FACE).
Adding the numbers of the letters of "I dunno" to EACFEA result:
Evidences: 1. poem "Next Stop Planet Mars" 2. Where to next? everybody....
What do I conclude from that? 1. Planet Mars = Anagram of Parlaments (us type) 2. SP = STOP like a subway stop ... 3. SP = 1916 4. SP = Stop Planet ? 5. NSPM = 14:19 PM 6. SP = beginning of a name like "Spike" 7. SP = Gridreference section
maybe... unfortunately I never run out of ideas. ... I have a favorite but you can choose, or maybe you have another idea
What do you think? Do we have a puzzle piece solved?
As you have shared your "puzzle piece" I thought I would share mine as well. My interest in the Oracle is going through a lull at the moment and I want it solved!
When I see the clue for facing the truth I think of two pictures, The Oracle (my thoughts on that with the arrow from the ball I have shared before) and also Big Bang (the true nature of the cat). My latest interest has been firmly on the latter.
The final part of the final clue talks about Highland dancers, which could be interpreted poetically as the stars, and the new hope arising at dawn... The Big Bang being the dawn of time.
The two parts before that are where we have "Major Secret" wrote down the left hand side of the clues... The left hand side of the picture has the phrase "Look in the box to find the answer", ie. To find the truth! Is this the major secret?
But wait, there's more, there's also clue 29 that mentions the pyramid being in front... right... and then to "Turn around and look again", if you were to go through the pictures in order, turning around and looking again at the previous picture to the Pyramids would lead you directly to the Big Bang picture.
Need a bit more... those "Ever decreasing circles conjure up an image" notice the circle shadows littered all over the Big Bang picture, now look in the box to find the answer, face the truth of the situation regarding the cat in the box (rather than debating the principle of whether it would be dead or alive), and look at the "dead" cat's back... Now is it just me or are there some circles there that gradually get smaller with a kind of glowing dot inside on what looks like some sort of map outline on the cat's shoulder?
It's easier to see in the actual book, trying to "zoom in" on a phone is a bit difficult (as another clue hints towards)
Just my thoughts on the face the truth, but lets be honest we all interpret it differently, I know we are told that we should be thinking "outside the box" but maybe that's the irony of it all, the solution lying inside of the box.
Yes I agree. The majority voted against the code-theory, which is surprising for me. So better to stay simple. Where is the truth then? To make it even more simple: What was the truth instead of the lie in each picture?
