It's only been one week since announcing The Treasure Chest Project, and I've received lots of emails from searchers who are creating their 'Treasure Chests' and preparing to hide them for others to find. It will be awesome once we start hearing from those who are finding them.... but until then.... we'll keep hiding....and sharing smiles and X-Citement! Although the 'Treasure Chests' can be posted on The Treasure Chest Project Facebook Group page, and if sent to me I would place on the website, they can also be shared here! Always Treasure the Adventure! Here's one that is out there waiting to be found (in Sullivan County PA)

Hidden in Yorktown VA by Milford D.! I am going on a field trip with a group of 7th graders next Thursday and I would love to hunt with this with them if possible! Is there a clue we could use? We are spending the day in Yorktown and Williamsburg historical areas and would love an additional hunt!

There were clues provided in The Treasure Chest Project's Facebook group for that one here: www.facebook.com/groups/2216131002043815/However, the treasure chest most likely has been found. It is uncertain. These treasures are placed to give a random finder a smile, and not hidden in difficult ways. Sometimes we hear from the finders; sometimes we don't. It might still be there. Have a great field trip! And of course if it is on your path of adventures, let us know what you make out! Enjoy!

Hoping to give someone a smile today....... spreading cheer on a cold cold day... (if they are out and about, they deserve some 'warmness') 🙂
