best i can get to reveal deliberate shapes. not sure of orientation or depth of perspective yet. onward.

see the curved pipe and wheel at top? then a white structure to the left? i suspect the path to the treasure follows the hair down. looks like a slightly darker object is at the bottom, under the paint, extending into her neck, that fuzzy shadow edge.
the neckline pattern is the north point tower area(?) with anomalous patterns noted. something on the chest as well.

More interesting to me is the giant bell below the "stone bridge". Similar to the bell in her hand.

One thing I’ve been looking at more closely is the “locust”. I think it’s actually the hair of a second figure in the image. It looks like a guy with a pompadour wearing a leather jacket to me. I honestly think it could be The Fonz from Happy Days, which was set in Milwaukee.

Been working on some other theories for this one. The jugglers forehead has a very clear arrow, looks a lot like the red arrow statue in Red Arrow Park. The compass clue in the verse....every compass has a red (north) arrow.

Pere Marquette Park is interesting too as you get that view of City Hall and the Laureate sculpture which are in the image. To me the Laureate should be close to the casque, much like the sculptures in the Chicago image were to that casque. Current day Pere Marquette Park has some compelling features, but not sure they were there 40 years ago. If anyone can find images from then showing the wall next to the paths at the two ends of that park that would be great. I can’t tell for sure from the 1981 aerial photo, path is there, the wall is harder to tell.

Heard City Hall has 92 steps up to the bell tower and address is 200 E Wells Street? If that first part is true then Lake Park may have some competition for those verse lines. The two red balls are also a match to the lights on the State Street Bridge.

Very real chance most people have been focused on the wrong park, seen that in other casque cities for certain.

How so, doesn’t the Wiki favor some random spot in Lake Park they can’t explain?

1st he explores the Laureate area and a mention of Pere Marquette Park across the river. Then he jumps into the Lake!
What interests me about Pere Marquette park is that there are a lot of features of the painting visible from there specifically from that round/domed gazebo with 7 pillars.
The structure is practically an octagonal structure with one pillar missing to accommodate a wide set of steps which are on the opposite side of the river. If you look at the painting the space between the red ball and the gem is much wider. You can see the laureate structure across the river. Zoom in the link. goo.gl/maps/t5kkVMr9V6BdRSbr7
You can interpret the juggling items as the pillars and see what you can find between the pillars.

Alternatively we could put the items in the middle of the pie slices. Now we can see the Laureate and city hall in the same slice. Her headcover has the dome, her round neckline of her cloak being the steps.
