Playing around with for each of you is equal.
4 each of u.
Trying to come up with some numbers. The problem is as it has always been. Too many possibilities. Is it 4 x the number of u's in the stanza? The riddle? A sign in streetview?
Curry county reporter and neighborworks umpqua are next to each other and have 4 u's.
I feel like the numbers need to be a conclusion drawn from the riddle instead of, say, the atomic weight of gold.

Do we definitely need to stay in the red stretch to find key 2, or just manipulate the info we get from there to lead us somewhere else? The hint videos are very ambiguous regarding this in my opinion. I've found something very promising in another location, not even in the same state as our red line. I feel like it could be another rabbit hole but everything fits so perfectly I'm having a hard time moving on from it. There is a business there with an X in it's name where people sit and also something that fits the other lines of stanza 8.

"For each of you is equal and the competition fair"
I saw that the windows of the Ace have 3 longish words with equal numbers of letters: Hardware, Plumbing, and Supplies. Only one of those words has no repeated letters, which would be a requirement for a playfair code word, right? It's probably not significant, but it's something I noticed.

Unique letters are not needed for the playfair cipher

"You need not rise up from your chair"
Possible hint to the word "remote"? Remote control? Remote island?
