Key 2

Hi everyone! I am new to this treasure hunt, only stumbling across it a few days ago.
I just have a question regarding Key 2, as many of us seem to at the moment :-) and just wanted to confirm something.
I have Key 1 and used the checker to verify it. As I am outside the States, I did not take any further action with Key 1 (I think its been mentioned enough on here that it's not a spoiler to say I didn't call it) but from what I could gather it wasn't necessary.
I found the cipher and the book and got the four line result. Combining that with the video hints, I am at the same place that everyone else is it seems. I feel like I live on this street now, it feels I know every inch of it...
My question was that I remember someone on here saying something about a a second number within the cipher? And the result of that was something to do with mountains and/or a dog eared book? Are there two calls? Or was the reference to mountains and a dog eared book from the call one is supposed to make from finding Key 1?
I hope that makes sense. If I have missed something, I will go back and have another look at the cipher or work out a way to action the Key 1 number from down under :-)

The second number is at the same place you find the first cipher. It‘s a hint on how to find the right page to decipher. As you have apparently found the page already without it, it‘s not really necessary.

It just clicked in my head as to where I was actually meant to have gone to see it in the first place, and now I can see the second number there. Doesn't help with Key 2 but at least I now know I don't need to know it :-)

How did you see a Geocache? I don't see anything in Google maps, mobile or desktop.

Geocaching.com
The cache can be found near the right foul line of the baseball field, hence the "Fair or Foul?" name of the cache.

I just tried that and it won't show me any info until I pay for a subscription. I would think this is not something Lukas would add to his hunt if only those who subscribe can see the info.

It's really interesting how many things all seem to link together somehow. The world really is all connected. The geocaching idea with the FAIR cache is very interesting, but since Lukas said he designed DBT with longevity in mind, and a geocache could be muggled at any point, this doesn't seem like part of our quest to me. I'm so stuck for ideas though I really appreciate everyone posting!! I really thought I had something the other day but it was in the mountain time zone and Lukas specifically said key 2 is located in the Pacific time zone, so I had to give it up, but a bowling alley, Foursquare church and an Ace hardware and a business with an X in the name all next to each other in the same block!

You can create a free account. I did create a free account and could see the cache bit it said it was a level 2 and I needed to upgrade to see info about it.

I did it on my phone so maybe that's the difference. oh well, cool stuff though. Never got into geocaching. Maybe I'll check it out some time.

It's certainly an interesting coincidence I think. I don't think it fits the "essentially key2 can be found in the red area" criteria, as Lukas said we could find the info there, but had to manipulate it. The cache is outside of that area (you certainly can't "see" it from the red line), but the name is hilariously accurate for the stanza

Geocaching is great! That would have been a cool link, but caches can be deactivated and removed from the map, which wouldn't stand the test of time.
