I also thought about music as a way of solving this, especially since there is a business called Amazing Face. (F A C E) Are the spaces of notes on a guitar and a nemomic sp? like E G B D F =Every good boy does fine.... and if you look at our business names, most of them start with a musical note letter and is within the notes length, for example, Chevron =C7, Dan's ACE= D4, A3, Evs=E3, Flowers=F7, By=B2, Gold Beach Books= G4, B5, B5, Amazing Face= A7, F4...etc, but I tried many things with this to no avail??? Also, nothing in the cipher or riddle stanzas even hints toward anything like that?

A guitar in standard tuning from low to high strings are E, A, D, G, B, E. A common mnemonic is Eddie Ate Dynamite, good bye Eddie, or from high to low Easter Bunny Gets Drunk After Easter.
I forgot to mention earlier there are also high and low notes. I don't play piano, but I think middle C is C5, low C would be C4 and high C6. By the Sea could also be a play on words--by the C, in this context maybe meaning B or D.
There are keys in music and chords that go together within those keys. With an Am chord (A-C-E) you'd most likely be in either the key of C (the vi chord), F (the iii chord) or G (the iii chord). It's probably just another rabbit hole. I've been down more than Alice lately.

Also, nothing in the cipher or riddle stanzas even hints toward anything like that? Maybe, maybe maybe. Equal temperament is a common way of tuning a musical instrument. We have been told that we are all equal.

Nice! So maybe this theory still has legs? BTW I started messing with it every since we got May's hint, and I really thought key 2 was a phone number, and couldn't get enough notes to make a viable number, but also like I said, without street view we wouldn't even know about the Amazing Face business (which is what I thought could be the appended high or low in hand F-ACE So, going back to this, maybe all we need are six business names, then we will have our PW 6 letters and 6 numbers which is also equal? Like another poster said, MY BRAIN HURTS lol

I think Lukas plays the viola. The viola's four strings are normally tuned in fifths: the lowest string is C (an octave below middle C), with G, D and A above it. This tuning is exactly one fifth below the violin, so that they have three strings in common—G, D, and A—and is one octave above the cello.
So the strings on violin and viola are equal intervals, and the same notes on a viola as a cello, which I don't think you could play standing up. I've always seen people play cello seated. So we have a couple of equal intervals here, fifths and octaves.
Now how does it relate to the map?

Couple of ideas I haven't heard mentioned here yet.
1. Watery Tragedy = SeaStar otherwise known as the Japanese Wrecks? 2. Check out the sign for the 1st Baptist Church visible from the corner of the red line. (See my new avatar) 3. I don't think we should throw away all of this luck Lukas keeps sending.

It's nice to see you did Edit. "If you’ve heard of Lincoln City’s famous Finders Keepers program, with float fairies who secretly drop glass floats along the beach, Gold Beach has one too — and 2019 is their 20th anniversary year. Through April 31, the city will hide around 100 multicolored floats per week along the 2.5 miles of beach, so visitors have an excellent chance of finding one. In March, the floats will be green during the week of St. Patrick’s Day. Pro tip: These floats are typically hidden in the beach grass so they don’t break or get lost in the surf. If you’re not able to search on the beach, an indoor hunt lets visitors have just as much fun. Most of the town’s gift shops have a float hidden inside, amongst the retail floor. Anyone who finds one may fill out a ticket to enter a drawing to win $100. And, for every $25 spent at participating shops, visitors may bring their receipt to the Visitor Center to receive a glass float of their choice."

I have a question and I’m curious to see what everyone is thinking: what is the first word Lukas says on the phone call? I shook it off as Welcome but a couple of days ago I called again hoping to hear the message and have it trigger something and I think he’s not saying Welcome...
