i don't think the riddle gives any hint to the key combo especially when we have no idea if spaces or upper/lower case need to be used

I agree. More information about the key format would be helpful.

i have the right place but the key is not obvious ive tried hundreds of key combos Let me ask you this. I don't think this is a hint in any way, I'm just curious.
Would you say that you could have found the correct place without the phone call?
I just wonder if Lukas's answer was truthful that we didn't need to make a call to find the treasure, or if he only meant that for phone call #1, in which case his answer wasn't really accurate.
Just curious...

Or better yet, could you have found this place, and be certain you are correct, even with the phone call? The screen shot of the map helps actually solidify a for sure spot. But without that map, could you really ever be certain you have the spot based on the phone call and deciphered text alone? There is nothing there that jumps out at you screaming KEY 2 IS HERE! It's a normal strip of a normal town like every other town in that state. And obviously the key is encoded somehow at this location or someone would have found it by now. But how would any normal, sane person ever land on this spot, without that map, and be certain enough to sit there and try to decode all of the signs, letters, numbers etc. all around to find the key? Who could possibly sit there that long and try to decipher the key options with only the info in the phone call and even the deciphered text? I know several people have browsed this city multiple times already, but there is not enough information in that phone call and deciphered text to lock this spot down definitely. Not without the additional map segment just released. I would have given this a 0% chance of someone finding this second key without that map segment. And on top of that, even knowing the right location, has anyone actually linked the phone call hints to actual spots in the vicinity? I don't see any Mt homes or 21's anywhere near here.

There HAS to be something that brings people to that stretch of road because his hand-drawn map was not part of the planned hunt. It's probably just something that we're missing. ('we' meaning 'you.' I'm still in the dark).

There is something that leads you to that exact area. I just brought my sister into the fray since I am stuck in my hometown and she had a guess as to where the key was located before the hint came out. The hint only confirmed she was correct. Although I have to admit I would have never spent as much time searching this exact area without moving on if not for the map. The connection is not really one that makes you go "it is this area and can't possibly be any other part of the town"
Edit: that being said I also can't figure out how the phone call hint helps you find this area.

Could it be that the shop names are the next clue?

It seems in their infinite wisdom the government have told ISP's in Ireland have choked bandwidth and limit image quality for images on the internet in order that the emergency services and government have the maximum bandwidth possible during the virus crisis. The broadband in Ireland isn't great at the best of times so I understand why they have done it, anything that helps fight this virus epidemic should be welcomed.
But its now very hard to actually see details in google street maps. Basically I'm goosed if this hunt relies on spotting a small detail in a google streets view such as a phone number or name in smaller print. Have any other countries done this?

Basically you are looking at HD (1080p) most of the time and sometimes its dropping to 720p. Trying to watch anything in 4k creates judder at times despite me having what they term in Ireland as a 'fibre connection'. But yes if one the clues expects you to to read small print in an image you are feck'd Unfortunately with Key 2 it looks like ts a case of Deja Vu. We have exactly the same problem we had with key 1. We don't know the length, whether the key is numbers or letters, or whether it has special characters. I foresee many monthly question being asked to nail its format.

I've got fibre connection too, would it help to take screenshots? tbh I've memorised the place anyway I've not stopped looking at it for 3 days lol I agree it may take months it's defiantly 'buried deep and hard to find'

Do you think key #2 is found in the red highlighted street by Lukas, or somewhere in that town? Why would he highlight only that part of the street if it wasn't there.
