Many items in image 3 are still not convincing me that roanoke is the spot. I would love to hear more from those who can pick up clues in Philly as most likely subtle based on the image only an lead to more subtle clues for those there with a potential for hunters there to tie into. The image objects are: armor, bells, sea mine, and keys.
I will address: armor:the pattern on this armor could be found at the Philadelphia museum of art.
Keys: Franklin discovered electricity in philedelphia using keys. Is he OZ?
The sea mine: the Deleware river which is a divided line right down the river of Pennsylvania and new jersey divides the map. Sea mines were floated down the Deleware river to sink British ships.
BELLS: Carillon bells play octive at the historical church of the holy unity.Carillons with between 23 and 27 bells are referred to as two-octave carillons. Carillon bells are unique and the many bells in the image suggest this.
Mica: Darby creek and look up Mica schist of Schuylkill river history in Phiadelphia. there is a park also called shuulkill river park across from Penn Park Also there is a Navy park gardens with interesting shapes, penn park. Also Driftwood could be the sea mines that wrecked the Brittish ships that drifted ashore.
It is worthy a look for those in philly.

Penn Treaty Park and Fairmount Park is of interest. Mica and Fairmount Park are hand and hand.

Carillons with between 23 and 27 bells are referred to as two-octave carillons. Players of these instruments often use music arranged specifically for their limited range of notes. A concert carillon has a range of at least four octaves (47 bells). This is sometimes referred to as the "standard-sized" carillon.
Two octaves 2 friends?
