I believe "The Rock" or island in the image is "The Rock of Gibraltar". It's a reference to Spain and Spanish immigration. The Rock of Gibraltar is just off the coast of Spain. It could also be being used to represent the wall around The Fountain of Youth Park with a palm tree behind it.

xMarksdSpot - Thanks for comment. I have not seen "The Rock of Gibraltar" but will google it. Spanish immigration seem correct. I wish you good luck in your quest.
xMarksdSpot (19Jun20) - Thanks for the Pic. Good eye.

If you crop it right, The Rock of Gibralter is almost a perfect match for Image 6.

They may have also used the shoreline of Spain for the face in image 6.

Thanks for the info and it could be referencing Spanish immigration. The Pic. posted does resemble the image. If you train-of-thought is Spanish immigration, then you may be interested in the following document: “ Fact Versus Fiction for the New Historical St. Augustine” by Charles B. I'm sure there are lots of cities with some fact and some fiction in their history. Although I would always rather know the facts, here working on the puzzles I'm more concerned with the accepted reality, if indeed that is what Preiss was working from.
