Like the other frivolous lawsuits, they have no case. Not to mention, Forrest can afford good lawyers; none of the plaintiffs can. Forrest is wise enough to have forseen all of this.

Maybe the finder will come forward and take some pressure off of a man (Mr. Fenn) who put lots of money in his (the finder's) pocket.
