This is the one code I’m having the most difficulty with besides finding the key for the Polybius on the next image. If anyone has solved or has a partial solve would you be willing to point me in the correct direction? If not, I completely understand.

I am not sure on the numbers on this one either.
The pinkish roses and the blue flowers. Do they point to the blue roses on the other page as a link or key to solving?

It was mentioned on the facebook page that the 66 might contain an upside-down 9.
