I forgot to add the poem on page 1, is based on this (https://www.familyfriendpoems.com/poem/a-soldiers-winter) written by Sean Oretto, and the entire story is here (https://vermontdeadline.blogspot.com/2013/11/waterbury-tragedy-still-unsolved.html). Of course, HCB added his embellishments to both.
Although the picture of the lady on page one is a stock picture I find it interesting the theme and title of the picture is ‘wreckage’. Also, the last few pages of the .pdf are photos of the destroyed hotel...more wreckage. Does this infer that the cache may be hidden in or around ruins or derelict structure?

If so, it would mean that H Charles would expect us to hunt down that website.

Speaking of hunting down websites... On page 1 of the .pdf I placed the cursor on the girl's image and the following URL popped up: 2.bp.blogspot.com/-huLmJ41NyGo/UpdXbBFJNFI/AAAAAAAAIO0/IT9mRIOkbk0/s1600/glastenburyone.jpg When I went to that web site and the same girl's image was there. Then I searched: www.happyvermont.com/2014/10/23/glastenbury-ghost-town/ The town is located near Bennington, VT and a well known ghost town . I’ve hiked that area before. Anyhow, I am speculating that HCB was originally planning to use that photo, and Glastenbury, as a possible hunt before settling on Waterbury.
