So if this a 'Secret' copy cat..... often times in those images there would be an outline of a State of which those casques were hidden. Off to the right of the arch, at the top, it looks like this could be an outline of a location....maybe not a State, but of a park? city? something.... |

So I'll bite and kick off a discussion. This looks fun.
Looks like a lighthouse on the left. The year is typically above an entrance on a lighthouse. So we need to find a lighthouse with 1867.
The top of the lighthouse looks like another clue.
There appears to be several options for finding the shape of specific land or coastline.
The white outline on the boot buckles make me think there is a 3 letter code
3 white dots in 2 places.

I didn’t find this easy at all. I thought her ruffle looks like Virginia. The doodle on the top right of the date looks like the symbol for scorpio. And on the right side it looks like an antler. The very bottom of her ruffle near her boot looks like a skyline but I couldn’t match it to anything. New Orleans maybe?
