I don't have any sort of concrete solve, far from it, but I'm hoping that someone who knows the city well might be able to think about whether any other clues fit Hartford.
2 things that potentially connect The Secret to Hartford, Connecticut. In particular, Image 7 (usually associated with New Orleans, but I'm not convinced as I see more references to Atlanta and now maybe Hartford).
1) Mark Twain House. There are Twain references (direct and indirect) in The Secret, and Hartford is the location of Mark Twain House, which includes a clock that is similar to the one in image. Note, I fully admit that the clock is only sort of like the one in the image. It has the moon over it (circle in Image 7), the flowers at the corners, and the general shape is right (the square face with arch over it). But this is a common look for grandfather clocks and notably absent is the roman numeral numbering (Twain clock has numbers 1 to 12 instead of roman numerals).
2) The Colt Armory. The roof of the old manufacturing facility's "spire" has a bright blue background with stars, incredibly similar to Image 7.
Of course, these are far from any sort of conclusive solve to the city much less the casque, but Hartford does have an immigration history (German, one time 20% of Hartford's population) and that roof is just too prominent and similar to Image 7 for me to forget about.
Thoughts?

To add to this, I've noticed that most if not all of the parks believed to host a casque are Olmsted-designed parks. Notable exception is Fountain of Youth which is not an Olmsted park (in Florida, there are others including not far away in Jacksonville, but this topic is a whole other thread LOL).
This includes the 3 solved puzzles (Grant Park in Chicago, Cultural Gardens in Cleveland, and Langone/Puopolo Parks in Boston).
Olmsted was from Hartford.

ah, contrarians, my kind of people. I have visited the Twain house in Hartford, cool, dark place. Twain and other artists and authors settled in the vicinity. Why? Because the largest publishing houses of that time were in Hartford. I am visual so I will look at image 7 again with Hartford context. onward.

I do like the Olmsted part, have looked into this potential link as well. Olmsted was all over North America designing parks and this likely wasn’t lost on Byron. I will caution though that I’m 99.9 % sure that all 12 casques weren’t buried in Olmsted designed parks. He visited Houston, but didn’t design the area that casque was buried....likely true for a few of the other cities as well. I’d keep Olmsted in mind, but certainly wouldn’t fixate on him being linked to all 12 casques. Maybe half are linked to Olmsted?
As for the cities the casques are buried I’m pretty satisfied with the established list based on the lat/long clues in the images, but never say never. As for the verses I’m more open to the possibility that they haven’t been matched to the images in the correct order. I’m curious as to whether there is some key to matching image/verse pairings we haven’t yet figured out. If we had a way to pair them in an undisputed manner it would go a long way in furthering the puzzle and finding more casques.

A year or two ago I went full mad scientist on the verses trying to get to corresponding image number by mathematical formula. The closest I got was adding all the numbers in each verse and then divide by 12. The remainder would be the image number. V9 has no numbers so leave that for last. Whatever image is left would be for it. Note: V10 and 12 have Roman numeral i.e. V and M and L. I think I got 8 or 9 unique numbers. For example:
V3: 5+18+12=12X2+11 V4: 2+10+9+7=12X2+4 V12: 1000+50+10+13=1073=12X89+5
