There are several repeated words and phrases all over the cipher, and at least some must certainly be significant.
Here is a list of ones I've noticed and thought might be important.
I welcome any and all thoughts...
FORGET is repeated in the sense that it's part of the ring poem and also part of the red-letter hidden clue "Forget and then kiss it". Technically, the word itself only appears once, but is used in 2 different phrases.
AND THEN is used 3 times: first ring sentence, second ring sentence, and red-letter clue phrase.
ONCE YOU appears in the ring poem and also on the keys, but note that on the keys it seems to be implied that ONCE is a number (11), rather than the word "once", but interpreting this correctly would likely be an important step in solving the cipher.
LETHE appears as the last word in the ring poem and one of the last words on the 3rd key.
Many words appear twice in the ring or once in full and once as part of another word:
LOOK
ANSWER
YOU
MY + MYelin
There are some others, but I guess the point is do you agree that some of this repeated phrasing seems very intentional and almost forced, and if so why?
For example, "forget and kiss it" or "forget then kiss it" would be just as clear of an instruction, but he uses the repeating "and then" phrasing.
Look on to the next also seems awkwardly phrased...I'd argue that "look at" or "move on to" are the more expected way to say that, but he simultaneously repeats LOOK but avoids repeating "LOOK AT THE".
The last sentence seems to deviate from the first 2, in that it is written in a much more natural way. After seemingly using forced phrasing to create the first 2 sentences, which come across very instruction-like, he suddenly loosens up and the poetry begins to flow more naturally. Despite the fact that he explicitly states "follow my instructions", this is where it feels like we are free of the instructional part.
