There was something posted on Facebook earlier today that I had taken as a hint. Maybe this is why we have a solve?

Okay, so the Facebook post earlier today was just a tease post full of similarities relating to Chapter 1. What a way to get people spinning their wheels over nothing then. Really looking forward to seeing the solve method for this one.
Normally, I'd say I was stupid to even consider it a hint/clue BUT David did this last time and posted comma clues before the 'Official' clue that led to the solve of Chapter 2...
