So the obvious elephant in the room is the number arrangement. The repeating 00's with the same numbers around them...... 0,5,1,1,3,4,1,5,3,8 in 6 digit sequences. But what after that? I've tried Hexadecimal, columns going down instead of rows... nothing so far.
Do you think the first sentence in the verse is talking about reading the numbers?

"First in place" makes me think, "It was first in place (built) before you or I were born".
Something else I was thinking of is horse racing. "first in place" "close by the second". The Gobbler you don't feed - Wild Turkey whiskey from Kentucky. Total stretch but as I live here, it's where my mind went first.

I even have a Wild Turkey saloon in my home town and I didn't think of that. The picture's right there in the illustration, too (even though that's Chapter 1). Geez. lol Excellent.
Some of those other clues sure make it seem like Kentucky but I can't find any references to Destiny (Kismet) , or Victory or VV running the Derby - tried Clear Blue too. And I don't think Kentucky is well known for being frozen in the winter compared to summer all that much. It will be interesting if we find out that the letters have absolutely nothing to do with where the buildings are.

I have them arranged into six digits also, with every six-digit block ending in two zeros. Perhaps those two zeros are just used as spacers. That would reduce them to four digits, but I still can't figure anything out. I am lost on this code too. I was thinking about this spacer theory of the two 00's cause I think that too. But, if you were going to create a code where numbers equaled something else besides numbers (like maybe letters) you wouldn't need a 2-space pause or gap in between things. You could just put all of the letters jumbled up and make people unjumble them just as they are. It would be harder. So, I think that the two 00's are absolutely needed. |

WOW Dewey! Will play with this a bit now. Great find! Concept - There are four distinct segments being described in the Verse: 1. the gobbler, (followed by a period) 2. VV w/Destiny & Victory - second Blue and clear (followed by a period) 3. governor lived there first, me & you (followed by a period) 4. mother's dream & French name...(followed by a bang!). There are also four distinct lines of Dewey. I recon they might match up and maybe all have something to do with cheese and/or mice? |

So, I have the solve on this one, but really need some clues for 6 or 9. Anyone have anything for those 2 verses? As far as the image, what state do you generally associate with cheese? That's where you want to be  Well, as I read further I see it was figured out. Anyone want to work on 6 or 9? |
