- Yes I had an empty hole. - Yes Balaqua spoke 1 hour with VB, but I'm not able to understand what he said (I need a translator ^^) - FR team side, there is few teams, and like here, everyone stuck on the same riddles. In some other hunts, sometimes noone is searching during 1 year or more... Thus everything is normal ;-)

The publishers website for the Entente Cordiale is blocking purchases at present, I wanted to buy some books and mugs for friends but it is not letting me load anything into my basket, I am wondering if someone has won and if the website have suspended sales?

It must be a website issue! Hopefully, though having said that, if someone has found the treasure, I can get on with my life! It would give a large chunk of time back, I fancy a new hobby with the time that would be released like airbrushing or para-cord knotting but this has become a bit of an obsession!

The trouble is that there is a bit of a divide between the Uk and the US puzzle books. I have read both but they are aimed at totally different mind sets in my view .....might be wrong but there is a cultural difference I think. In the UK there does not appear to have been many puzzle books since Masquerade .....there was a great one related to Cadburys Cream eggs but if i recall half the country got dug up by treasure hunters!! There is a real need for a regular armchair hunt ....especially for the christmas present market!! I have Conundrum The Cadbury Creme Egg Mystery in my book- and yes, you are correct, it got discontinued after just a few eggs found because searchers were digging in inappropriate places all across the UK. While I do agree there is a bit of a difference in 'Puzzling Mindsets', I'm not sure it affects the hunts. They are different, that is all, and I still believe anyone here or from there can solve the other. I also think there are lots of current 'regular/traditional' armchair treasure hunts going on right now to keep both our parts of the world busy...... Have a look... mysteriouswritings.com/treasure-hunts/In the UK is of course The Golden Casket which offers one of the largest prize values, however what about The Search for the Golden Heart, The Golden Oyster, The Hare on the Moon, The Oracle, or The Guardians of Legends? All those are of across the ocean from here. And stay very close to being 'traditional', although I realize there are some modern day adjustments. And in the US, we have Treasure Island, The Hatter's Hat, Echo the Owl, Cracked, Xavier Marx, Beacon Star, and many others ...... I find myself with plenty...too much.... to ponder.... lol.... Hello Jenny, Do you know how much the Golden casket (UK) is reputed to be worth?

Yep they are the third puzzle on the right side .....the duck feet, the pyramid and then the bubbles .....all I believe interlinked and I have done the first two.
On the left side are the two English puzzles which spell out two words
