(B1) Riddle Five (B) of the Golden Owl treasure hunt

The book contains 11 riddles- consisting of text and image. (NOT on this Riddle Page)- but also shown is an owl face and a color 'Wavelength' number. It has been discovered the wavelengths, as well as solving Riddle B, reorder the 10 Riddles that display the numbered wavelengths. There is also the title.

The text translates to:

THERE IS NO WORSE BLIND PEOPLE THAN THE ONE THAT DOES NOT WANT TO SEE

1 = 530
3 = 470
5 = 600
7 = 420
9 = 650

This Riddle does not have a number, but a B. It also doesn't have a colored Owl head relating to the number. It is noticed the numbers in the Riddle underneath correspond to the numbers above the other 10 Riddles, and it has been noticed they are wavelengths of color.

It is thought a different and correct order for the Riddles are being given. One would take the complementary color for each and have a new 'B Order' for the Riddles to apply:

B 530, 780, 470, 580, 600, 500, 420, 560, 650, 520

Does the order change of the Riddles hold a clue to the Super Solution? Or other? Or was it just placed in for being an obstacle to find the final solution?


In the Book, the Riddles were in order of:

500, 530, 780, 600, B, 420, 520, 650, 470, 560, 580.

And then the B Riddle gave a new order.

B, 530, 780, 470, 580, 600, 500, 420, 560, 650, 520


Is there any significance to the change that has been found?

Any significance to those not changed? 530 and 780?
