I was never convinced that the way to submit an entry was to input the number( which I have forgotten) into the Time Device on the Timemonk website and find the web page with the 'Congratulations' message on it and a box in which you had to enter what you thought was the beast and submit that page.
The Timemonk website was launched a few years after the Maranatha - Et in Arcadia Ego puzzle puzzle was released. Until the Timemonk website came into existence it would have been impossible to submit a correct entry if this were the correct method. This does not make sense. Also the sheepish grin on the photo of the Timemonk that was on the page that entering the number in the Time device took you to, was not consistent with the idea that you had just found the correct way to submit an entry. There had to be another way that made more sense.
During the time that the puzzle was active I did not keep track of on the dates on which specific information about the company Priory Publications (GB)Ltd. was publicly available. I do not know whether the way that I have found was feasible from the time that the puzzle was first released.
Briefly I believe that the way to find the way to submit an entry was to use the anagram of the "Find a Devil" anagram found by Synchronicity from the first letter of - Nicholas Flamel Discovered It And Leonardo Da Vinci Encrypted It - on the back cover of the Maranatha - Et In Arcadia Ego book.
The Devil we had to find I believe is the word devil that appears in Revelation 12:9 in the King James Bible.
9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.
In this verse the devil is equated with that "old serpent".
Old serpent is an anagram of old present. Present in French is don. Old serpent therefore may be rendered as old don. This in turn is an anagram of Loddon. For a short time from Feb 4 2010 to 6 Sept 2010 the registered address of Priory Publications(GB) Ltd was a Loddon P.O. Box address.
The correspondence address of Duncan Burden was also given as an address in Loddon.

The idea that Revelation 12.9 is relevant is supported by the online clue :
At the end is where the chapter and verse are different.
The end would be a reference to the book of Revelation at the end of the Bible. 12 and 9 , the numbers of the Chapter and verse of Revelation 12:9, are indeed different. In addition the Latin word for different is alter. Alter is an anagram of later. The Latin word later means tile.
Tile in turn is an anagram of L et I. L is the 12th letter of the alphabet and I is the ninth. Thus the word different in the clue reveals that the Chapter and Verse numbers we are looking for are 12 and 9. Putting the information contained in the clue together reveals that Revelation 12:9 is the Chapter and Verse we are looking for.
The idea that a Chapter and verse number are needed to submit the solution is supported by the sentence on page 38 that says - "....and write the wisdom of numbered lines and words of the King".
The online clue :
Discover the word and write without a pen to answer without a letter
appears on the surface to mean that the way to submit an entry is electronically using a keyboard to write rather than a pen.
This would contradict the idea that the way to submit an entry is to write a letter and send it by snail mail to the address. This was the major stumbling block that stopped me from the finding the way to submit an entry for so long.
The above clue however is extremely devilish and does in fact refer to Loddon also!
I'll leave it up to you to find out how!
I believe that the webpage saying 'Congratulations' was also intended as a devilish( deceptive) Red herring - hence the sheepish grin on the face of the Time monk on the webpage!
