This one was very interesting with multiple possible times. My favorite was 9 Eastern. AM in flowers.
I was puzzled by the droplets' tips different directions (-. .. -. . .) that decodes to "NINE E".
Another fun coincidence; icicles converted to Morse code (.--. --- . - --. . --) translates to "POET GEM".
