beware, some roads closed if higher altitudes..they just had a snowstorm up that way. I94 just opened..make sure of road conditions before you head out

I have returned from vacation to find my book(s) safely held at the post office for me, so I am only now beginning the adventure. My first challenge is wading thru this thread!
a) the topic TITLE is too general and misleading
b) there are Q&A with the authors that might better be moved to the Q&A thread
c) people are simply announcing their locations, which could also be moved to a dedicated thread.
