No one has solved The Quest by the deadline. BUT as mentioned in this thread there will be a drawing for the Treasure of the hunt from all those involved in the Masquerade Tribute 2, with a chance to gain additional entries into that drawing by sharing correctly solved pieces to the puzzle. To note: There are 9 mini puzzles that will create the Riddle. There is a confirmer puzzle of the Riddle Once the Riddle is found, there are 4 parts to the Riddle that need understood correctly to find the final solution to the puzzle. The Final Solution found. For a total of 15 (x5) additional entries. During discussions (if any), I may give out additional entries (1) for thoughts leading to discoveries or solves. If there are no discussions, then the drawing will be from all those involved on 2/1/23 - each with one entry. With the exception that Samantha73 will have 6. She was the first to share the discovery of one mini puzzle here It was QUEST. If The Quest is solved before 2/1, then a drawing will be held at that time - with entries gained accordingly Happy New Year all!

Exciting to finally be able to start unraveling this one! I'll share what my team and I found - not sure if any of them are legitimate leads.
-The first image of the mice looks like it may have hidden Morse code of the letters of QUEST. Credit to John for spotting this one. The far left cabinet top looks like a dash (T), the handles and a bold edge on the left two cabinets look like dot dot dash (U), the far right cabinet's handle is bold for dot (E), and three of the four stove knobs look like dots (S). Nothing jumps out to me as looking like a Q (dash dash dot dash). -The "steps" letters HKJDSJRTC converts to FIHBQHPRA when shifted back in the alphabet two places. This is still gibberish, but using TOP, one of the border toys, as a Vigenere key for it, it yields MUSIC SWDL. -Interpreting the green bolded letters as "NINE FROM" anagrammed, we subtract nine from each of the 2x2 grid numbers and look at their symbols on the periodic table of elements - it yields REAL HETM. -Not sure if either of the last two finds are valid, but if they are, then there may be multiple elements that ultimately give us a word + 4, and I'm assuming arranging the words into a sentence will do something with the +4s when read top to bottom left to right.

NINE FROM is another piece to the Riddle. Puzzledrifter will gain 5 additional entries for this sharing.
QUEST, another piece to the Riddle, was found by the cards, which Samantha73 mentioned. Any morse code for this was not intentional.
So to date - two pieces for the Riddle have been shared. QUEST and NINE FROM

Addition to puzzles to solve: There are actually TWO puzzles to confirm the Riddle - not one. I forgot about the other when listing.

We came up with "angled square dialogue pieces" or just "angled square dialogue piece" if the 'eyes' aren't included in that... from the angel fish, gold, squid hare etc on the right side of the page. Ang+gold = Angled. Squid + Hare = Square and so on.

Ang+gold = Angled. Squid + Hare = Square and so on. This is unintended. Hint: The Eyes are not included, but a hint for the mini puzzle.

Not sure if this is a mini puzzle or just a hint, but from the border we had 152C8 = BEACH.

Not sure if this is a mini puzzle or just a hint, but from the border we had 152C8 = BEACH. This is one of the mini puzzles, but not the intended answer. Can you confirm if your comment means it's a standalone mini puzzle or if it just indicates that it's a part of a mini puzzle that may or may not be combined with other elements across the material? For this part I was thinking it goes with the 3x3 containing A, B, C, D, and E, since there are five characters- that A = 1, B = 5, C = 2, D = C, and E = 8. But if the comment confirms that 152C8 is a mini puzzle in and of itself, I'll go a different direction with my thinking. If you can't confirm either way, I'll just keep an open mind.

It is a stand alone mini puzzle that works with other mini puzzles to make up the Riddle

Happy New Year Everyone; and Thanks Jenny for this opportunity for discussion.
I have low confidence in this "solve", but I think that the purple numbers in the 2x2 grid might use the Periodic Table of Elements?
84 22 = Po Ti 11 78 = Na Pt This could anagram into "AT POINT P________"
Thanks!

The 2x2 grid with numbers is one of the mini puzzles to be solved for part of the Riddle. However, this is not the intended answer.

There are 15 words in the RIDDLE. What else has 15 things? These connections might help find other pieces to the Riddle, or at least confirm where the pieces found so far are in the Riddle.

With this hint, I'm pretty sure the RIDDLE will be like this: N--- R------ NINE FROM T---- N--- F--- B- B-------- W--- T-- F---- O- T-- QUEST
(To this get, I'm combining the black numbers and the red letters... Black letters are indicating how long the word is, and the Red letters are indicating what the word starts with! Doh!)
Initial guess at just trying to force something somewhat coherent (although I don't understand how to get these words): Next Release NINE FROM Their Name From By Beginning with the First of the QUEST
