There are a couple of things to address in this puzzle  1. Finding three colors will help you to confirm the city, and there are two ways to find those colors on the face of the puzzle.
2. When in the city, the waypoint item and egg item are not critical to the solve.
You should Keep It Simple... do not Fret when you see what makes that other poem special, just remove any Frivolity to find your way.

Also, the letters that are capitalized in the sentence give us K-I-S-F-F (if you don't include the first word). This could be an anagram of SKIFF. If you do include the first word, the letters that are capitalized in the sentence give us Y-K-I-S-F-F which could anagram to SKIFFY. Not sure if that's important. |

I have seven things that were said by the author that brings me to that location. I am really confident in my location but conformation bias is always there. I do not want to say the things I have put together because I am not able to go BOTG. I put this out so maybe someone with my thinking can see the things that I have noticed.
