Is the numbers on the bottom of page 35 a puzzle or just information?

I'm working solo on this hunt, but have a good chunk of the puzzles solved. I have a couple that I have no idea on, and a few that I am 90% done, but can't quite confirm the final answer. If anyone wants to trade info or insights, or compare answers....just shoot me a message.
