SOLUTION TO PUZZLE #9
The first step is to decode the musical notes. You can do this on deCode. They read, "What song did he whistle?"
Next, you can do an image search to find that this is a frame from a popular Soviet Union Cartoon Series from 1969 to 2017 called, "Nu Pogodi" or "Just You Wait!" about a wolf and a hare.
In the very first episode, the wolf whistles a popular mountaineer song, titled, "A Song About A Friend". And that is the answer to the puzzle!

This is Puzzle #10, my final puzzle. The prize for this one is a charm, but it is a little bit different from the one I showed when these puzzles started. It is a howling wolf, but it is plain, only the wolf and nothing else. Here is a picture of it: Below is Puzzle #10. You are to send the answer to me, ArtofHiddenMessages. The first person to send in the correct answer will win the charm.

Sorry, I have to apologize. It seems that my hint for the image search was not much of a hint at all. It should have given you an Environmental Services location, however, it seems to give about a million matches for that image. My bad. So let me help out a bit...it is a picture of a MARSH. I hope that helps.

Congratulations to Brute_Forcing who was the winner of Puzzle #10, the final puzzle!
Here is the SOLUTION for PUZZLE #10
It shows a picture of a marsh, with "Who am I?" at the bottom right.
(I thought it was a Norse Environmental Center, but I guess when it was googled, it was about a million other locations too! So sorry about that!)
The writing is Norse, or Younger Futhark, spelling, “He Who Dwells”.
These have all been about wolves, so if you google the words, HE WHO DWELLS, MARSH and WOLF you will get hits on Fenrir.
With a little research, you will find that in Norse mythology, there was a famous wolf, Fenrir or Fenrisulfr, which means, “he who dwells in the marsh”.
So the answer I was looking for was FENRIR or FENRISULFR (either would have been acceptable).
