Not sure I am hearing any of this one right. January 28 I agree with but the rest I hear something else. Given the accent it could be Kenya as this is how a german would pronounce it. With the sansi or zanzi part I hear a P sound which makes me think maybe its not hotel but I'm pretty clueless on this one.

That's the point, I don't know if there are clues xD. If you go on the site to dispatches there is a Dispatch A which asks for a password.

Does anyone have a clue to find the password? I did note that the 2) clue of 10 14 would have been better as 11 15 if they are applied to the text.

Hi, maskerade, the arrow strings are all used the same way (equally difficult). The first clue given should help you somewhat.
