It is believed by most that Image 9 matches with Verse 5 leading to Montreal, Canada

I feel like I have a possible solution to this one. If someone gets it one day, and I am correct, I will tell you what this acrostic stands for...

I am flying to Montreal this coming weekend for a work trip. I have a day to burn so I was planning on going by mount Stephens hotel just for fun to take some pictures. I’ve been doing some quick research about that image and it seems that is a likely spot. One interesting thing I noticed that I haven’t seen mentioned in the brief searching online I’ve done, is the flower on his breast is a close resemblance to the flowers on the columns at the front of mount Stephens. I took a screen shot of it off of google street view but I don’t know how to post it here. Check them out though, if you go to street view right in front of the hotel, they are front and center on all of the columns. There also looks to be another flower on a support column to a low ledge under a couple white stone flower boxes over the side yard. Could this be the white stone that is closest to the tree? From there you could see the leg eater lamp post, the x on the adjacent building, the fleur de Lis that was on the image and then covered up, and the flower. That’s 4 things all in view from one spot. I personally feel like the directions are stating to start at the tree, go south to the first white block, which is the same one with the leg eater lamp post. Then if you went twelve paces west it would put you right in the right side yard (looking at the building. Some older images show that right side of the yard without a fence at all. Just some hedges and bushes...so he could have hid it there? I know a recovery is not possible but I figured it would be fun to go check out. If anyone has any spots in that vicinity they want a BOTG Recon let me know before Sunday. That’s when I’ll be BOTG and I’ll be happy to do some botg recon for anyone interested.

Another location that may be of interest to visit while in Montreal is Habitat 67. I found some similarities between the flower and checkerboard pattern in the image that seem to match the Habitat 67 complex in Montreal. Habitat 67 was built as a pavilion for Expo67 held in 1967 but now it is a housing complex. It was built on a point of land jutting out into the St. Lawrence River. There is a little park called Parc-de-la-Cite-du-Havre at the tip of the point that looks interesting to me.

I strongly believe this image and verse is meant for Philadelphia, PA not Montreal. The key image the leg-eater, I believe represents the St George and the Dragon statue in Philadelphia. That's the starting point, half a mile south you'll see the arc of lights. The wingless bird is Icarus, donated to the Philadelphia Museum of Art in the early 1900's. The patterns on his collar and shirt are on the outdoor hall in front of the Museum.

i personally think the original fleur de lis that is under the black blob was too good of a hint so he changed it to the habitat 67 clue instead. Or his editors made him cover it up because it was too distinct and made him add the “get permission to dig”. That permission alone makes me think it is not going to be in a park like the others found so far. Also interesting is the flower I mentioned above that is on a support arch under the ledge holding the white stone planter boxes. I Listened thru the clues from the Japanese version and it seemed to reinforce this theory. They gave the hint of “think construction” for the weight and roots extended. Could that be referring to the support arch (marked with the flower symbol from the painting) that is supporting a ledge that holds flower boxes that extend out over the yard? Literally roots extended. I feel like the Lane clue is referring to st Lawrence’s shipping and port that puts you in close proximity to the golden square mile. His collars step pattern being the Trafalgar school for girls also zeroing in on the golden square mile. Then his finger pointing to the leg eater and the fourth block out of nine on the checkerboard which happens to be drummon st where the lamp post is, and the flower, and the x, and the white stone, and tree. I feel like it has to be right there somewhere. You can see so many key items standing at the foot of that tree. I’m going to go around and check everything out though while I’m there. The park across from the Trafalgar school, the point by habitat 67. And I’m going to walk around the golden mile just to see if anything pops out. Thanks for the advice , I appreciate it.

Hi goldenchild. I have a place I would like checked out. I feel pretty strongly that I may have the solution. ya I’m happy to check out a spot for you and take some on the ground pictures of anything your curious about. I am aware of the crappy weather forecast but I have one day free only so it’s a rain or shine or snow or ice hunt for me. If I find a spot I absolutely think it is I’ll go to the nearest hardware store and buy a probing rod and go from there But since there is going to be snow on the ground, and the ground probably frozen stiff my expectations are just to take photos and get actual eyes on the locations. Feel free to message me anything you want checked out and if it’s close-ish I’ll give it a look.

The whole image is made to look like a portrait, (Art). Referring to The Philadelphia Museum of Art, in my opinion. The man 's hands in the image has only the top fingers upright, representing the only standing member of a forest to the south. The George Washington monument is just south of the museum. The only standing member on the monument is George Washington's horse and he is at the top of the monument. He's referring to the statue as a forest because of all the animal statues and because it's tall/vertical.

Mount Stephens is part of the solution but it isn't my burial spot.. it is in a park.
