This riddle from a few months ago has still not been solved. Lets do this! Free case of bourbon to the solver (drawing held if more than one correct solution is sent in). December clue - The Fifth.

hmmm.... thanks for posting about this AJ.
The December clue: The Fifth. First thing that came to my mind was 'pleading the fifth' or The Fifth amendment. Something to relate to that? or Maybe something to do with Connecticut, since that is the fifth state. fifth of whiskey? A measurement?
Just tossing ideas out....
