America's Stonehenge on Mystery Hill has only recently been recognized for its incredible history. The site suggests pre-Columbian contact from the old world to the new, and could be at least 4000 years old. It consists of numerous stone structures and walls. Surrounding the central site are also numerous 'Standing Stone's which align to the skies, different times of the year..... Awesome place! Here is a write-up on it: mysteriouswritings.com/mystery-hill-americas-stonehenge-in-new-hampshire/and a video:

That's Awesome I have wanted to visit there since I heard about it several years back !Did you get to see the Phoenician Letters on the stones? This place makes me think that there might be a connection to the 10 lost tribes of Israel . What are your thoughts ?? In the Visitor Center are the inscribed stones. Some of the images I took are below. According to one interpretation, the one stone says, "to Baal of the Canaanites" suggesting a link to the Phoenician god Baal to the celtic sun god Bel.

Let me back up a little bit . In the time of King Solomon Phoenicia and Israel were close allies the cultures of both being mixed to some extent . Now the Phoenicians they were a naval power of the day along with metal working and stone architecture. The Phoenician stone cutters worked on Solomon's Temple and some of their style of stone architecture was present there and adopted by Israel along with some language and writing . After Solomon died Israel split into two countries north and south . Now the Assyrian army swept down and took Phoenicia and northern Israel . Assyrian practice of deportation and the new navy they gained from Phoenicia Leeds me to think maybe some of them just might have ended up at Mystery Hill . The Phoenician ships were large enough and sophisticated enough for an Atlantic crossing . The Oracle chamber and the style of rock architecture suggest Phoenician influence but the sacrificial alter suggest to me a link to early Judaism . ( This is just my theory) !!!! Any Thoughts??? Anyone? So much is a mystery with the site, however, it definitely seems to be an ancient one due to the astronomical alignments being found-- besides the inscribed stones and other artifacts. I need to do more research into it all.... but am excited to do so.
